Present Simple

-Expresiones temporales: every day/week/year, once, twice a year, on+ dia en plural (se suelen poner alfinal).

-Adverbios de frecuencia: always, usually, often, sometimes, rarelly, never (delante del verbo).

Present Continuous

-Expresiones temporales: now, at the moment, right now, today, these days (alfinal de la frase).

Present Continuous con valor de Futuro

-Expresiones temporales: soon, later, tomorrow, tonight, next week/month/year.

Past Simple

-Expresiones temporales:  ago, last night/week, at + una hora, on + un día/fecha, in + un año, in the past, yesterday (alfinal de la frase).

Introduction to School Rules

Most people agree that school rules are necessary. However, some people don't think it's necessary to put the rules in the school. There are arguments for and against this position.

Arguments in Favor of School Rules

One of the main arguments for making the school rules is that they are like game rules, which we always follow. Those in favour say that rules help us with our behaviour at school. Furthermore, if school rules were necessary it would put off other people. Children would think twice if they knew they would be punished.

Present Continuous

Uses: Actions happening now, temporary situations, future plans.

Form:

Uso de los Artículos en Inglés

1. A / An

• Se usan con sustantivos contables en singular.
• Se emplean cuando mencionamos algo por primera vez o cuando es uno entre varios: "I've got a computer. It's a laptop."
• Se usan para hablar de profesiones: "He's a scientist."

2. The

• Se usa con sustantivos contables (singular y plural) e incontables.
• Se emplea cuando ya hemos mencionado algo antes: "I've got a computer. The computer's really fast."
• Se usa para hablar de cosas o personas específicas: "The computer I bought was quite cheap."
• Se usa para cosas únicas: "The Sun, the government, the floor."
• Se emplea con superlativos y con first y last: "He was the first person to arrive."
