Afirmativa

  • I work, You work, We work, They work (sin s o es al final del verbo)
  • He works, She works, It works (con s o es al final del verbo)

Negativa

  • I, You, We, They → don't
  • He, She, It → doesn't

(No se pone nada en el verbo porque ya lo contiene el doesn't).
