Nowadays, many people discuss whether it is a good idea to use social media, study abroad, do voluntary work or ban homework or not. In my opinion, I completely agree with this idea because it has more advantages than disadvantages.

On the one hand, one of the main reasons is that it helps young people to learn new things and improve their skills. For example, when I tried it last year, I felt more confident and made new friends. Moreover, it is a great way to enjoy free time and relax after school.

On the other hand, some people think it can be negative because it is sometimes expensive or takes too much time. However, I believe the benefits are much more important.

In conclusion, although there are a few disadvantages, I strongly believe that doing this activity is very positive for teenagers. It is important to try new experiences and enjoy life.

Narrative

Last year, last summer or two months ago, I had an unforgettable, strange, funny or scary experience that taught me an important lesson. It was a rainy Saturday morning and I was feeling bored at home. Suddenly, my best friend called me and suggested going to the mountains despite the bad weather. At first, I hesitated because I did not like rain, but finally I decided to go with him.

When we arrived, the rain stopped and the sun appeared. We walked for hours, talked about our problems and laughed a lot. However, on the way back I slipped and fell in the mud. My friend helped me immediately and we continued laughing together.

That day I realised that true friendship is more important than perfect plans. Although everything started badly, it became one of the best days of my life. I will always remember that adventure with gratitude.

Review

Last weekend, I watched an interesting film called The Social Network. In my opinion, it was really good and entertaining. The story was excellent because it showed the creation of Facebook in a realistic way, and the actors gave fantastic performances. The dialogues were clever and the music fitted perfectly with the scenes. However, sometimes the film was a bit confusing because of the fast conversations and technical vocabulary.

On the positive side, it makes you think about the importance of friendship and ambition in modern life. I would recommend this film to all teenagers who like dramas and technology. It is also useful for improving English listening skills.

In conclusion, although it has some difficult moments, I think it is worth watching. I give it four out of five stars.
