6. ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF LIVING IN THE COUNTRY

In the past most people lived in the country, eating the products which they produced and the cities were smaller and people lived a shorter time than now. So I think living in the country has advantages and disadvantages, it depends on the time when you live.

In my opinion living in the country nowadays has the advantage that the atmosphere is purer than in the city and you can find peace for reading or thinking but I think it also has disadvantages, for instance, in the country if it’s raining for a long time you may not go out of your house and sometimes you can feel alone because the house is fan from the others houses.

In addition if you have an emergency and need help you don’t have any neighbors.

In conclusion I think that go to the country for a weekend is a good idea to forget problems and the noise in the city but if I had to choose, without a doubt, I would choose to live in the city.
