in my opinion graffiti is art because people, teenagers can express their feelings. It is an exciting experience because you take the risk if the police come.Some graffiti is beautiful and decorated the streets because they have some meaning but other pieces graffiti can be vandalism bacause they only put ugly names on the walls.The people who paint graffiti are teenagers they have to paint at nigth because during the day the police can arrest them.So the teenagers wear sports clothes in case they have to run, confortables clothes.In conclucion graffitis are art because they express something and because they decorate the streets and people can stop to see and to think what it means.
