My favorite food is ham, cheese and eggs. I love Italian food e specially pizza and pasta. I usually have some fruit and vegetables. I do not like the spinach . Ihave breakfast at about 7.30, lanch at 15.00 and dinner at about 21.00. I sometimes have some crips or a biscuit in the middle of the morning or the afternoon. I prefer eating at home b ecause to without the ingredients. I prepare food hamburger very, very good.

in my opinion most key changes in our future lives will be in technology.Technology will develop and consequently will make our lives better.        I personaly belive that computers will control nearly all appliances and machines at home.For instance, i predict that fridge will order most groceries from the supermarket by computer and it will suggest recipes to use the food which is nearly out of date. Robots will also help at home . I'm also convinced that people will be able to work harder at home using emails and video conferences and as a result , there will be more free time.      However there will be problems caused by technology.
