Cuerpo de la Carta
Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing to complain about the services I received at your store on May 19. I used to buy in your shop, but I won’t do it again! Buying clothes should be something pleasant for me, but this time it was not.
First of all, the shop assistant of your house was not friendly; I went there to inform you about a defect in my pants, and your shop assistant treated me with contempt. Secondly, it seems to me unacceptable that such expensive pants are defective or break two days after buying them; I think that compensation and some apologies would be nice.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the pants and your service; I would appreciate a letter of apology confirming that you have spoken to the assistant who attended me.
Yours faithfully,
Uxía
