B - Design a new Themed Hotel and explain why it could be successful. Don’t forget to mention what is included in the rates and what is not; the type of customers/guests it is aimed at; the destination(s); the activities, etc.

Hotel "Love is here"
It ‘s not an ordinary hotel, it has the uniqueness that customers or guests must be single and looking for love.
It was born with the aim of helping single people to meet other single people.
For this, the hotel has a number of activities that will help people relate to each other, organising blind dates, love games, etc

We have aswell a very nice disco where our dj only plays slows.

Our restaurant offers delicious and aphrodisiac food and our guest will dine and wine with a men playing the piano in the background.

All our rooms are  very romantique ,  they are all decorated differently but they all have the same purpose which is to make our guest fall in love.

I think an hotel like that would work because nowadays it’s very difficult to find a partner, we are always rushing around , busy working and becoming very self-centered.

So I think this kind of hotel would be perfect for people to relax, chill out a little bit , forget about their everydays life for a while and, why not , maybe find the love of their life.

The good thing about our hotel is the location, it’s situated far away from the city, it’s in the middle of nature, our guest can have a nice walk , go biking, horse riding,…etc

The hotel has 20 rooms and 4 suites.

Hotel rates are:

Double room 60 €
Suite € 90

For couples that have formed in the hotel have a romantic dinner “a la carte” for 30 € per person.
