Present Perfect Continuous

Estructura: have/has + been + verbo-ing

Se usa con for, since, all week.

This shop has been selling nativeamerican.art since it opened.

Past Perfect Continuous

Estructura: had + been + verbo-ing

I hadn't been learning for very long, so I couldn't dance well.

Zero Conditional

Estructura: If/when/unless + present simple, present simple

Expresa verdades generales, hábitos y vds/hábitos.

If you heat the water, it boils.

First Conditional

Estructura: If/unless + present simple, will + infinitivo

Expresa situaciones reales o posibles en el futuro.

If you invite me to your party, I will go.

Second Conditional

Estructura: If/unless + past simple, would/could/might + infinitivo

Expresa hipótesis y situaciones irreales.

If you invited me, I would go.

Third Conditional

Estructura: If + past perfect, would/could/might have + participio

Expresa situaciones imaginarias en el pasado.

If you had invited me, I would have gone.

Expresiones de deseo

I wish

• I wish + past simple: el hablante no está satisfecho con el presente.
• If only + past perfect: expresa arrepentimiento por el pasado.
• I wish / If only + would/could: expresa deseo.

La voz pasiva

Estructura: Sujeto + verbo to be + participio pasado (+ by + agente)

The bracelet was discovered by 10-year-olds.

Activa: We'll send the uniforms to the players next week.
Pasiva: The uniforms will be sent to the players next week.

El causativo

Estructura: Sujeto + have/get + objeto + participio pasado

Bob will have his car washed tomorrow morning.

Pronombres: who, which, that, when. Pueden omitirse cuando van seguidas de pronombre o nombre.
