At this moment, a lot of people are eating fast food, spending a lot of hours watching tv or playing computer games in their house. Every time, there are more people that don't take care themselfs, and that's a problem for their health. I think they have to do sport, I like to do sport! It's amazing and it's good four yourself, too.

The people that don't take a healty life, live less than a person that has a good diet and does 20 minuts of sport everyday. If you smoke, every cigarette takes you 12 minutes of your life. However, if you drinks one cup of wine a day, it's good for you. Also, the genetic factor is very important, if your grandparetns life more than 80-90 years, you probably life like them.
