Presente Simple

Tiene la misma forma que el infinitivo para todas las personas, excepto para la tercera persona del singular, que generalmente añade una -s.

• Afirmativa: I eat a lot
• Negativa: I don't eat much
• Interrogativa: Do you eat much?

Uso

• Para hablar de acciones rutinarias.
• Para hablar de hechos o verdades generales.
• Para hablar de situaciones permanentes.

Presente Continuo

Se forma con el presente simple del verbo to be + el verbo principal terminado en -ing.

• Afirmativa: I am eating a hot-dog
• Negativa: I'm not eating a hot-dog
• Interrogativa: Am I eating a hot-dog?

Uso

• Para expresar acciones que ocurren en el momento de hablar.
• Acciones que están ocurriendo temporalmente, no necesariamente en el momento de hablar.
• El presente continuo no se suele utilizar

Conditional Sentences

Zero Conditional

Structure: If + Present Simple, Present Simple

Use: Used to talk about general truths or universal facts.

Example: If you don't wash your socks, they smell bad.

First Conditional

Structure: If + Present Simple, Will + Infinitive

Use: Used for real or possible situations in the future.

Example: If you eat too much, you will get sick.

Second Conditional

Structure: If + Past Simple, Would + Infinitive

Use: Used for hypothetical or imaginary situations in the present or future.

Example: If I were taller, I would wear high heels.

Third Conditional

Structure: If + Past Perfect, Would + Have + Past Participle

Los Condicionales en Inglés

Zero Conditional (Condicional Cero)

• Uso: Verdades generales, hechos científicos, rutinas.
• Estructura: If + Present Simple, Present Simple
• Ejemplo:
  If you heat water to 100°C, it boils.
  (Si calientas el agua a 100°C, hierve.)

First Conditional (Primer Condicional)

• Uso: Situaciones reales o posibles en el futuro.
• Estructura: If + Present Simple, Will + Infinitive
• Ejemplo:
  If it rains tomorrow, we will stay home.
  (Si llueve mañana, nos quedaremos en casa.)

Second Conditional (Segundo Condicional)

• Uso: Situaciones hipotéticas o improbables en el presente o futuro.
• Estructura: If + Past Simple, Would + Infinitive

The Riviera Maya is on the peninsula Yucatán in the state of Quintana Roo in Mexico. Is entirely considered part of North America. Its a wonderful place for a holiday of the all ages.
The Riviera Maya in known for its magnificent coast and its beautiful dense forest. When we visited this paradise last summer, I loved visiting Mesoamerican ruins. Archaeological sites of Chichén-Itzá, of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The coastal climate and unique culture a fusion of European (particularly Spanish) and Mesoamerican cultures. Major attractions throughout the Riviera Maya are coastal and reef aquatic activities dependent on the coastal water and the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System.
