Repressió del Franquisme

La repressió franquista va ser una política dirigida contra els desafectes al règim, però també contra aquells que no estaven clarament implicats. Aquesta repressió va ser tant directa com indirecta.

Lleis de Censura

Es van promulgar diverses lleis importants, com la llei de 1937 que controlava tot el que fos escrit o televisat. La televisió i la ràdio van quedar sota el control del règim, igual que el cinema i els llibres. Hi havia censors que determinaven què es podia publicar. Posteriorment, va aparèixer la llei Fraga de censura, que teòricament era liberalitzadora, però va tenir un efecte contrari: es podia publicar tot, però el règim ho podia segrestar.
