1. Starting from Miraflores, get on Arequipa Avenue and head toward the city center. Alternatively, you can take Petit Thouars Avenue, which runs parallel but often has heavy traffic.
2. Drive along Arequipa Avenue for about 15 minutes. You'll pass Risso Shopping Mall.
3. Continue driving for another 3 or 4 minutes. You'll pass Telefónica.
