2) Magna Carta y la Conquista de Gales
En 1284, Edward unió el oeste de Gales con Inglaterra, llevando el sistema del país inglés a las tierras recién conquistadas.

3) Las Pestes
La Muerte Negra y la peste bubónica. Probablemente más de un tercio de toda la población de Gran Bretaña murió, y menos de uno de cada diez que contrajeron la peste lograron sobrevivir. Pueblos enteros desaparecieron y algunas ciudades quedaron casi completamente desiertas hasta que la misma plaga se extinguió.
Black Death and bubonic plague. Probably more than one third of the entire population of Britain died, and fewer than one person in ten who caught the plague managed to survive it. Whole villages disappeared, and some towns were almost completely deserted until the plague itself died out.

Farmers seized control of much of London. In fact, the revolt was not only for farmers from the field: a number of poor people. Richard II calmed the angry crowd. He pledged to meet all the demands of people, including the end of serfdom, and the people went home in peace, but Richard did not keep his word.

The Church and Baronage were great powers on which the medieval civilization in England had revolved. Both these were overthrown by the Tudor dynasty.
