My House
My house is big and beautiful. I live with my parents, my sister, and my cat in Bello. We have three floors. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet, bathroom sink, and shower. There is also a dining room and a living room. In the living room, there are three sofas and a TV. Also, there is a kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, and stove. It is very big.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. There is a mirror and a shelf. In one bedroom, there is a bed, closet, and nightstand; it is my bedroom. Also, there is a studio. In the studio, there is a computer and bookcase. In the second bedroom, there is a bed, nightstand, closet, window, and bathroom; it is my parents' bedroom.
On the third floor, there are two bedrooms. In one bedroom, there is a bed, nightstand, window, and closet; it is my sister's bedroom. Also, there is a patio. In the patio, there is a washing place, washing machine, and Juana’s House. Also, there is a telephone and bathroom. The bathroom is small. In the second bedroom, there is a bed and window; it is a guest room. It is my house, and I am happy in it. Outside the house, there is a garden with many flowers.
My Family
Yes, my family is definitely wonderful. For example, Richard, my husband, is one of the best husbands in the world. He’s an engineer. He works at an international and very important petroleum company, and most of the time he’s busy, but he magically gets time to spend with me and our lovely children. His job is important, but we, the family, are the first priority.
George is 10 years old and he’s one of our children. He’s very smart. His school teacher always calls me to congratulate me. He’s very good at many subjects but especially at Spanish; maybe he’s going to be an interpreter when he grows up. Sarah is our daughter. She’s 15 and she loves sports. She’s not that good at school, but it’s because she always wants to be playing or practicing sports. She’s in the volleyball team, yes she’s tall. She’s in the girls basketball team. Also, she does karate, goes to the swimming pool three times a week, and you know what? She’s very good at all of these sports.
So what we do almost every weekend is play two or three sports, but while we do this we are speaking in Spanish all the time. Our son teaches us Spanish and our daughter trains us. So around 7:00pm my husband and I always end up lying on the floor begging them to stop, but Sarah always continues running and jumping for one more hour while George is narrating the imaginary match in Spanish. I love my family. They are very fun and lovely.
My Daily Routine
I wake up at 6:40 in the morning. Then I get up and I take a shower. After that, I go to the kitchen, where I prepare breakfast for my children and my husband, and I have it with them.
After that I take my children to school. I always go to the university by car. I attend classes all morning, and when the class finishes, I leave university and come back to my home immediately.
I have lunch alone because, at that time, my children are at school and my husband is working, so I relax and take a nap for one hour. Later, I go downtown and pick up my children. Then, we have dinner and I study with them. My husband arrives home about ten o'clock. Finally, we all go to bed.
