At this moment, a lot of people are eating fast food, spending a lot of hours watching tv or playing computer games in their house. Every time, there are more people that don't take care themselfs, and that's a problem for their health. I think they have to do sport, I like to do sport! It's amazing and it's good four yourself, too.

The people that don't take a healty life, live less than a person that has a good diet and does 20 minuts of sport everyday. If you smoke, every cigarette takes you 12 minutes of your life. However, if you drinks one cup of wine a day, it's good for you. Also, the genetic factor is very important, if your grandparetns life more than 80-90 years, you probably life like them.

Verbos Modales en Inglés

Los verbos modales no llevan la terminación -s en la tercera persona del singular.

Can

Can se utiliza para expresar habilidad o posibilidad. Su pasado es could. En otros tiempos verbales, se debe sustituir por be able to.

Must

Must se utiliza para expresar obligación. Solo tiene forma en presente. En otros tiempos, se debe sustituir por have to. En negación, se usa mustn't. Se usa must cuando hablamos de leyes y reglas, y cuando la obligación parte del hablante. Se usa have to cuando la obligación es impuesta por una entidad externa.

May

May se utiliza para pedir o dar permiso.
