getting fat has always been a problem not only of aesthetics but also and more important of health fat people are not generally healthy people they have more chances of having high cholesterol levels high blood pressure bone and muscular dystrophies this problem seems to be more extended in urban areas there people tend to exercise less to lead a more sedentary style of life all this contributes to the fact that people in urban areas are becoming fatter and fatter
