In our society today it is a well-known fact that a lot of people are vegeratians for different reasons. On one hand, this can be healthy, but an the other hand, it can be dangerous if the people don't eat well.
The first that needs to be said is that the vegeratian food has a lot advantages: It is very healthy, it consists of salad, fruit and vegetables and these foods are good for you. Another important point to mention is that you don't get fat with vegeratian food.
The other side of the argument is that there are also disadvantages. If you don't eat meat or fish you don't have all you need for your diet.
In my opinion. I would't become a vegeratian because I really like eating meat, chiken and fish.
